• 343 Madison Avenue: The application is requesting to make a minor update to previously approved special permits for a commercial office tower at 343 Madison Avenue (the former MTA headquarters site) within the Vanderbilt Corridor of the Special Midtown District. The proposed minor update lowers the approved maximum building envelope height along the East 44th Street frontage to reflect the surveyed height of the Yale Club building abutting directly east of the site.
• A Zoning Discussion regarding Privately-Owned Public Spaces (POPS) and Public Restrooms – Presentation by George Janes followed by committee discussion
