- Presentation by Breaking Ground on conversion of the Stewart Hotel (371 7th Avenue) into supportive and affordable housing. (video)
- Application from 175 Park Avenue for the Public Design Comission regarding publicly accessible terraces. (video)
- Permit renewal application from 110 East 16th Street to establish a continuing maintenance plan for the (Former) Century Association Building, an individual landmark located at 109-111 East 15th Street, and to facilitate development of a new mixed-use building at 110-112 East 16th Street. (video)

- Union Square Pavilion Cafe, concession for the renovation, operation, and maintenance of a café, and two satellite snack bar kiosks, in Union Square Park, Manhattan. (video)
- Porcelanosa Event in Madison Square Park – A 4 day activation in Madison Square Park featuring a pop-up Porcelanosa to showcase products with live music. Event will run from 11/29/2025-12/4/2025 (video)
- Facebook Bus Tour event in Union Square Park – A traveling airstream will stop in Union Square Park to showcase Facebook features to take place on December 14th from 11:00am-6:00pm. (video)
- Google Gemini Activation in Bryant Park – An event by Google where guests will use Google Gemini to personalize gifts and feature an interactive photo studio. Event will run from 12/17/2025-12/22/2025 (video)
- Stella Artois Holiday Activation in Bryant Park – Stella Artois will have an activation with a 10×10 footprint inside the Lodge Bar featuring free custom chalice engraving on Dec 13th. (video)
